🔒 Device Locking
When a customer misses an EMI payment, our platform sends a lock command directly to the device via the OEM's device management server. The device displays a lock screen with payment instructions. Once the EMI is paid, the device is automatically or manually unlocked within minutes.
We support 20+ OEM brands including Samsung, Xiaomi/Redmi, Realme, OPPO, Vivo, OnePlus, Motorola, Nokia, Tecno, Infinix, itel, and more. New OEMs are onboarded regularly.
Yes. Our locking implementation always preserves access to emergency calls (112) as required by regulatory guidelines. Emergency unlock is also available through our support team 24×7.
Auto-unlock is triggered within 15 minutes of confirmed payment for integrated finance partners. For manual unlock by the retailer, it can be done in seconds from the retailer app or dashboard.

GST certificate, PAN card, business registration proof (if applicable), bank account details, and the contact person's Aadhaar/PAN. For NBFCs, RBI registration certificate is also required.
All new partners receive online onboarding training, access to video tutorials, and a dedicated relationship manager for the first 3 months. Our support team is available Mon–Sat 9AM–7PM via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Our REST API integrates directly with your LOS/LMS system. It receives EMI repayment triggers from your system and automatically sends lock/unlock commands to devices. A sandbox environment is available for testing before go-live.
Yes. My EMI Locker is designed to help finance partners operate in compliance with applicable RBI and NBFC regulations. We provide detailed audit logs of all device actions that can be submitted for compliance reporting.

Yes. The My EMI Locker Retailer App is free to download and use for all registered partner retailers. It is available on Android (Play Store) and iOS (App Store).
